My coaching philosophy is based on the belief that every individual has the power to achieve their goals and create the life they desire. I work with clients to identify their strengths and values, and help them create a plan of action to achieve their desired outcomes.
I work with clients from all walks of life who are high-achieving working mothers who are committed to personal growth and achieving their goals. My clients are seeking work-life harmony so that they stop feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, and burned out and start feeling like themselves again by being empowered, energetic, and at ease, no matter what's going on in their lives.
I have a background in education and a deep understanding of what it's like to be a career-focused working mother. I know that sheer willpower and motivation are not enough to live the fulfilled life you dream of. I believe that true change comes not just from setting goals, but from understanding the underlying beliefs and patterns that may be holding us back. I also bring a compassionate, empathetic and non-judgmental approach to every coaching session.
Each program, whether it's the 1-month Harmony Reset Intensive, the 2-month Harmony Fundamentals Roadmap, or the 3-month Reclaim Your Harmony Program, focuses on providing personalized coaching that addresses your specific immediate needs as well as relevant aspects from my coaching framework.
Coaching is a collaborative process, and accountability is a part of that process. You will have exercises to complete at various stages of your transformation. The exercises will keep you accountable and will give you the visibility to see your growth as we work together.
The 2-month Harmony Fundamentals Roadmap is an 8-week roadmap that focuses on topics such as self-care, boundary setting, goals & lifestyle/value alignment, and productivity.
Each weekly 60-minute call will be recorded and I will support you in between sessions via text or email, as needed.
You will have exercises to complete at various stages of this roadmap. The exercises will keep you accountable and will give you the visibility to see your growth as we work together.
You will get the most out of each coaching session if you are fully present, in an undisturbed, quiet space that allows you to be focused on the topic to be discussed on the call as well as our conversation.
It is important that you are open to the process and are committed to do the work.
You can expect some "aha" moments during our coaching sessions. You can also expect some mindset shifts in your perspective as you allow yourself to be willing to change.
What you have been doing thus far has not resolved your issues, so being open and willing to make adjustments will help shift your life in subtle, yet transformative ways.
